Arthur Vincent (black guy) stopped by with a story about bettering himself and asked if I could help him out. Showed me the point system and some magazines. I bought two subscriptions for hot rod and humpy dumpy. I called the number and actually talked to a fella that said the magazines would be there within 120 days. No magazines to date 06/02/13
