There was a charge of 29.95 charged to my card by some credit card company "horizon" i think it was. I called in and the charge was put back into my account after letting it be known that i didn't authorize it, have no affiliation with that company, as a matter of fact, don't even know who the company is. A week or a little more later, the charge was taken off again after i expressly let it be known that i had nothing to do with this charge nor did i authorize it. If i go to my card company personally and make them aware of the situation and they allow it to happen a second time within 2 weeks of it happening the first time, who do i have to protect my rights? Why even have the card if it carries no protection? The card was cancelled and it took calling in three times before a replacement was finally sent to me. I've done everything that was asked or required of me and still my problem has not been resolved and by resolved i mean the money placed back in my account. The date i listed is the date the charge came off for a second time. I'm wondering now should i just find another card company because i am disabled and on a fixed income and if there is no security with who handles your money why even have them?
Sincerely,
KENT L HENRY
