I first had contact with this person from match.com, the person told me he lived in Baltimore and worked for Unicef. I agreed to meet him after a few contact on match.com in April 20. Before I was scheduled to meet him he contact me by his cell number 317-660-5236 to tell me he had to go out of town. Contact continued by txting an email [email protected] as well as calls from this number 240-979-0070. He asked me to do him a favor and have his income tax return delivered to my house. He then asked if I would get pre-paid American Express cards. He said he had to stay in Wales for work and would not return until Septembe
