Adt was to hardwire the security system in the home. The contractor came to install and found out it would be a bit difficult to hard wire since he could not access a part of the home as there is no crawl space under the house. He then advised me to keep the old system wirless and he would just replace the old system with theirs and the cost would be a lot less. He also told me that upon return to his offfice, he would let his boss know so that they can fix the billing to be less. IT has been years now, many phone calls, etc to try and resolve this. The account was turned over to collection agency who is relentless in calls and annoyance.
Again, today I tried to work this out by contacting Frank Cuellar. Frank advise he could not do anything, that he spoke to his boss Georgina Blanche and he would not let her come to the phone, making excuse that she was in a meeting and went on to tell me that I just have to pay the bill and other terms of getting this reinstated.
The sales person Arvi is hard to get a hold of, and all he keep telling me when I spoke with him is that he will speak to his boss on this. This is since 2005.
All I am trying to do is get the correct billing, pay it off and turn the service back on.
Help. Help. I am tired of trying.
