Hi,
You were sent money to your account. This amount is Correct. Out client has changed requirements/dimensions, hence the difference in price. Now your task is to go to the bank, get cash and keep your bonus. You keep you $500 bonus and pull out the rest as you will need cash to send the money.
Considering the time difference and high priority of this project, you have TWO HOURS to take care of everything. I have already contacted the art gallery and shared this information with the client. You have everything you need at the moment. Your next steps are:
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
- Make sure to have your cell with you so I can reach you to know the status
- What you need to remember is: How to send, receiver data, and How much time you Have, and be available. Any costs like gas, taxi etc will be reimbursed. Time is more important for this task.
STEP 1 – CASH
- Pull out the money to have cash. You are not sending money with your debit card. You have to make it to your bank to get the cash first. From the amount you have - keep $500 (This is your bonus for this project) and pull out the rest. If you can’t pull out everything from your branch – take as much as you can and go to another branch. Give me a call once you have all the money so we know you are making progress. This may take from 20 to 40 minutes depending on how far your bank is.
STEP 2 – MoneyGram
- The artist is busy at the moment, so they gave another person to pick up the money. This information was already shared with the client so it’s confirmed. Make a personal payment (money in minutes) to

- Specify MONEY IN MINUTES (even if it’s more expensive) and select person-to-person payment, because you are sending to a person. This is not a commercial payment.
- Make sure to have TWO FORMS of ID with you just in case you are required at the western union office.

After you send the 1st payment, give me a call to give all this confirmation number, and then send the rest to the same person (from this or other western union office). When you are sending your last payment, have them keep transfer fees from the remaining you have for the art gallery.

MONEY GRAM - send the remainder and ask moneygram take transfer fees out. It will be approx $100 to send the remaining.
