Below is the final email I recieved from a person via careerbuilders.com. I was already suspisious about this because three days earlier I was almost scammed by an Alexander Rahil who had the same concept yet he used an orphanage to send the money to via western union.

Hello,

We started first transaction. You will receive the first two checks in few
days directly to your address provided via regular mail.

The product was already delivered. You need to use your (old) existing bank
account to cash checks. This is because of one very important reason: after
you will have a few positive transactions the account will become "trusted"
by the bank and all this will become routine. You must use an account where
you have cashed checks before. It is very important that you do so, because
banks have strict policies regarding new clients. Do not use checks-cashing
stores, they charge too much, sometimes even 10% of the total value of the
checks.

You will take now the 10% commission bonus for each check.

Bonuses regarding cashing checks are as follow:

A) Cash the check same day and you will receive a bonus of $150 for each
check cashed.
B) Cash the check within 24 hours and you will receive a bonus of $100.
C) Cash the check within 48 hours and you will receive a bonus of $50

Please read these instructions fully and very carefully:

After you cash the funds please deduct your commission (10%) bonus. Also
deduct all the other fees involved from cashing the funds and transferring
the money to us from the remaining 90% and send us the balance. After you
have completed the tasks above, scan the Western Union receipt and send them
by e-mail to us. To send the funds to us you have to:

1. Go to www.westernunion.com and click on Find agent location to find the
nearest Western Union office. Do not use the website to send the money. You
must send the money with cash from the nearest Western Union office, please
use the website locator ("Find Agent Location") to show you a Western Union
office near your location. Then you have to go there and send the funds to
us.

2. Go to the Western Union office and send the funds to us as money
transfer/money in minutes.

Important:

Please follow these instructions thoroughly when you send the funds, it is
very important or we will encounter big delays which will affect us as well
as your income:

-First times when you will use Western Union the employee will asks you if
you know the person you are sending money, You must answer yes; it is their
policy after 9/11 and if you answer 'No' they might not complete the
transfer or they will block the money; They will never ask you any more
questions.

3. When you send the money, please calculate the final fees that Western
Union will ask you and send the payment without the fees amount.

At the Western Union office you will need only the name, city and country to
send the transfer. Full address is not required.

You need to send the total - cashing fees and WU fees. Please be very
careful and verify if the Western Union employee wrote the correct names for
sender and receiver because they make mistakes very often and so we can
prevent a lot of problems that would cost us all time and money. After you
will make the payment, you will get (two numbers containing 10 digits) the
tracking numbers.

You must email us:

1. The exact name and address of the sender of the money (the sender name
and address you wrote on the form that you used at Western Union to send the
money. This is a must, it is your info that you wrote on the Western Union
money transfer form and it is needed to pick up the money)

2. The Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) very carefully please!

3. The total amount without fees in British Pounds. Please ask the Western
Union employee what was the total amount sent in British Pounds after the
conversion.

4. The receiver name.

Please make sure that you provide us the all information we need so that our
employee can pick up the funds
