I bought an engine from carter at partz now for 1650.00 they sent the wrong engine to me and i was told it would be a 25% restocking fee. Its been months and they refunded 1000.00 650 restocking fee is a little over the top. After numerous calls covering a couple months one of the employees gave me carters cell phone #. He wasnt happy to here from me. Please do not buy from this company. They are scammers
