When I received my account details after paying for the Local Sniper & Affiliate Sniper plus I went inside the programme and I didn't receive my local sniper plus affiliate sniper download? I wrote to them on the 26th December asking for my downloads. I received a response from them with a link and a password to access the downloads. When I finally got my downloads I was then informed that I would have to buy a yearly subscription plan from their chosen hosting service provider. If I did not purchase then the system would not work. Not only was it a lot of money I felt conned and cornered so I asked them for a total refund on the 2nd January (60 days money back guarantee no questions asked). This was their response:

On the 3rd January I wrote to them again explaining the reason why I want a refund. On the 7th Feb I received this email from them:

Your refund request has been forwarded to our refunds department. Please allow suitable time for your refund request to be processed. Our refunds departments will look into your request and get back to you.

I knew from this point that I was given the run around in the hope that I would get bored. I have since written to them 13 times and all I get are automated responses?

Now I was going to print out my payment form to supply you with and have clicked on the 'print order form' and to my surprise I have just discovered that they have stated they have given me a refund on the 22nd Feb. I have checked my bank and there is no such refund. Here is the copy:

I also have not received an email from them confirming a refund? I have not written back to them since discovering this and wondered if you would be able to assist me on what to do?
