I also paid £1.99 for a free sample. I soon realised that this was a scam and contacted the company immediately telling them at the product did not suit my skin type. They replied confirming that no further money would be taken from my account and that no re-fill products would be sent. However, a couple of days later I discovered that they had taken £84.71 twice on the same day. Thankfully I gave them my credit card details so hopefully my bank will recover this sum for me. This company must be stopped from helping themselves to peoples money. Surely this is a criminal offence!!!
