Russ came out to fix my television back in February and it worked fine up until May 20. Russ came back out to fix my televison and claims he forgot a part and I paid him $333 and he never returned to finish fixing my television. I tried reaching out to him several times and never returned my calls. I finally look at my receipts and go to the store to see what is going on and its not a store its a place that collects their mail. Then I googled video doctors in La Grange Park, IL only to find out that this store has been closed for over two years. Russ is a con artist that takes people money and doesn't fix the problem. I am not the only victim of his scams and its sad for a person and people to steal from innocent people.
