Checked my bank statment to find they had taken £68 out of my account. They have no permission to do such thing. My bank have been notified and a block has been put on my account. Rang the number for the company and was spoken to very rudely and told no one would speak to me on the phone i have to make a claim for refund on line. But no where does it give you that option. This is a scam and i will not stop until i have my refund.
