I was requesting a loan of $400.00 over the internet after i was approved i needed to sign my name at the bottom of the screen to make it official and 29.95 would be deducted from my account so i can get the loan but i declined the offer and shut down my computer that didn't stop mycash gaurdian they already had my information and took it upon themself to deducted the money from my account anyway leaving me with an overdraft fee of $105.00. Not long after i notified mycash gaurdian customer service about this issue they said they would refund the money back in 48 hours it's been almost two weeks and i haven't been refunded yet. Today I notified my bank to put a stop to any charges requested by mycash guardian in return of a charge for $30.00 and a number to dispute my refund, also i notified mycash gaurdian customer service attempting to collect my refund only to hear the same thing only this time customer service gave me a tracking no: 155107 to give to my bank and call them back at 12:00 "O" clock. I've had with these internet scam artist they need to be stopped i want my refund back
