I wish I had found this site before I joined this company. Alarm bells stared ringing when I had joined up myself and that same day received a call from a Senior Broker from the company he explained that if I made a deposit of $5000 dollars instead of the $250 I had made he could help me make a profit. He asked why I had joined and I explained that I had undergone a number of Major Operations on my Spine and Abdomen and there had been complicatins and I was now suffering from nerve damage in my spine which effected my left leg and I was now unable to carry on with my career of 20 years and that I was looking to suppliment the income I had lost and that my Husband who was a sole trader was having cash flow problems and we were ending up in trouble. He assured me that I would be able to make much more than I needed. I told him I did not have this money and the only way I could raise it was to use a credit card and what was left of my overdraft. He said this was a good idea and the next thing I knew I had made a $5000 deposit, In 2 weeks he had helped me make a balance of over $18000 I could not believe it. The next 2 weeks were really bad and the signals my Broker said were poor I lost over $6000 I also made a couple of mistakes myself. I take very strong medications for the pain I suffer every day, they are known to effect your concentration and I explained the to my Broker who was very supportive.
On the 9/may I had been trading with my Broker and was making mainly $50 trades, upon entering a trade for £50 the platform started to freeze and then start again, I had tried to enter my trade a couple of time and then the next thing I knew I had apparently made a trade for $5000.00 I immediately contacted Customer Services they told me that they did not think that there had been any glitches with the system but they would check it out. My Broker informed me that they said there were no glitches that day and it was probably down to me not reloading my page which I had been doing regularly but they said you must do it before every trade which I had not been told. The next day I was advised by my Broker to make a trade which would help me to recover the loss, He told me to place 2 trades the first I made no problem and then the next trade was for $4000.00 I was nervous making the trades as I had made mistakes before and he did offer to talk me through making them on the phone, I declined the offer (I did not say this to him as it might have offended him but I thought I would be even more nervous with him talking to me as I was trying to do it) I thought I had made the trade for the correct date and time and when I checked I had made a trade for that day!!! I know I was definately in the correct place when I clicked the apply button. Again they said there were no glitches and in two days I had lost $9000. My Broker had a meeting with Disputes and they offered me the £5000 with 2 routes I could take. They said I could have another bonus of £5000 or make another deposit of $5000 on top of what I had already made. I also forgot to mention that it was not until I started talking to my Broker about withdrawing money that I realised I was tied in until I had made 20xmy deposit of £5000 plus their bonus they gave me without asking me of £5000. My Broker said was there no way I could get the money and I said we could maybe get a bank loan, I made an online request and the bank eventually declined the offer but it took all day to get a decision, I believe that my Broker was under great pressure from the Accounts department to get this deal tied up as he skyped me and rang me until I could give him the answer and luckily for me the bank saved me another $5000

Needless to say that this is a disgrace I joined to try and make a little income and now I dont know what I am going to do. I declined their offer and was told there was nothing else they could do for me.

This should be stopped it is pure explotation, I must admit my Broker was very kind and caring, however he has got a job to do, he was always professional, I just think it is a shame that they make their staff hound people for money and do not talk about the implications of these transactions.
