This company lies to you to get you to sign up for their membership, which is expensive, to get merchandise at COST/WHOLESALE pricing. They told us at orientation, which we should have had our passwords by then, and we didn't, that we can get a 42/46" 3D TV with blu ray player and one blue ray movie, for over $1,100.00. A month or so prior to this I bought a 60" 3D TV with blu ray player included, same brand of TV, only bigger, at HhGregg for about $50 more, now how is that getting merchandise at cost? Like this company claimed. I then turned around and asked for a refund of money already paid, they refused and tried to turn it into I didn't get my passwords yet, I got them LATE! That wasn't the issue, though, I was not seeing ANY SAVINGS whatsoever from their club. They refused a refund, continue to take over $122 out of my account monthly for this membership and will not refund my money, this was based on LIES!!
