Followed the website as it looked and acted like USPS and is first on the list when searching google for change of address. Put in my credit card info still under the impression it was USPS and the charge would be $1. Got hit with a $39.95 charge instead, which was not listed ANYWHERE on the website. Called the customer service immediately and never got through for over 3 hours. They didn't respond to email or repeated calls.
