After ordering free samples and then finding out from a friend that they continue to take money from your bank account, I contacted the company by email because when you phone them they say the wait will be around 14 minutes!
I emailed to cancel my account on May 7th and received a reply on the 8th stating my account had been successfully cancelled.
I have just discovered that they have taken two amounts of money from my account because their company supplies through different names. Equinox and RVTL. I have just contacted them again by phone this time and they are denying I have ever tried to contact them before even though I have saved their cancellation confirmation from the 8th and they are offering only half of my money back even though they took it without my permission.
They have now sent more confirmation emails, which I will again save incase further amounts are taken out.
