I have been sent 2 watches and charged one for $98 and the other for $49. Each was sent in a USPS First Class PKG. I called (866) 378-5019 and was told by a voice that all representatives were busy at this time, "your call will be taken in the order in which it was received." Every once a while an operator would come on and said "press 1" if you wish to stay on the line. I stayed on the line at all different times. The last time today for exactly ONE HOUR I will not pay this bill and will protest the charges on my charge card.
