I signed up for a Lift serum pro sample and paid €1.99. It turned out this was a hidden subscription. Product received from USA 2 weeks later. The following day I contacted UK and was transferred to unhelpful telesales team in USA. I cancelled the subscription, returned sample and the same day they took €100.06 out of my account without my consent. I cannot get this company to return my funds and I have escalated to the Bank and legal. This is a nightmare and I warn anyone to report this scam on facebook and on all other social media outlets. It seems impossible to locate the true origins and location of this company or find their actaul website. Red falgs all the way... Please be careful and push your Bank to take action as they must have many compalints by now.
