We were told pink was a reliable service so we called and were told by the dispatch person theyd try to get us in the afternoon, between 2-5p so we waited, no plumber showed, we called back next morn, were told they were booked but theyd try for late afternoon, sound familiar? We said look we called yesterday you said that afternoon, no show, now your telling us same story, meanwhile i got backup in my bathroom. We waited agian, no plumber, wecalled back and demanded to be first on list after 3 days, we waited, after 3pm they showed and for a pumpout they charged 369.00 way over the 195 clean out price, also when they left we still had a stopped up septic as they didnt check to see if it was working right, we called a different company who came right out checked and unclogged the pipes quick and easy, so beware, bad business
