I submitted an order on 04/28 for two pairs of sneakers for a total of $143.18, which the funds were withdrawn from my account on 05/01. I emailed multiple times and only received an automated message stating the order would be delayed for seven days to insure they received the money and were not scammed. Also, that a customer service rep would contact me within 48 hours. Five emails and one voicemail, almost a month later and no one has contacted me or updated my order. I have requested a refund multiple times and am still awaiting a response on that. I was scammed and want a refund. Because they make you pay with a check the bank cannot get my funds back, I have to go through the merchant that never responds. I am very dissatisfied and would love to get my money back. Thanks.
