I ordered from the online company after several online chats with representatives to be sure that the color I chose and the wig I chose was what I wanted. I was told I would have the wig in 3 weeks. 2 months later, I was still waiting for the wig. Every "chat" that I had, they would say they were so sorry and my wig will be coming. I needed it for a trip I was taking and when it didn't arrive on time, I told them I did not want it any longer. They kept telling me it was on it's way and have patience. They would not give me a telephone number to call or a supervisor to chat with. I have tried through Paypal and my bank to get my money back but both places only take disputes up to 60 days and I kept waiting. When I finally realized it was never going to get her, it was too late.
