I ordered a sample of Alore and Lorelia, which are related companies. When I received a bill I was shocked and phoned them. They said I had signed an agreement to have automatic shipments unless I cancelled within 14 days. If I ticked off agreeing to their terms and conditions I certainly did not agree to the terms because they did not come up on my screen.
