A man called and told me that my computer was infected with Malware and Spyware. He wanted me to log into my computer and he would walk me through the process of cleaning up my computer. However, my computer was at BestBuy Store for a work that needed to be done by the Geek Squad. I called BestBuy and they told me that this call was a scam. I did not give them access to my computer and will not in the future. I just wanted to report this to make you aware.
