I bought the WalkFit inserts and was happy with that product. My problem lies with their Joint Support Formula. They sent me two unauthorized bottles of the pills which I did not want. I sent them both back at the same time and have never received a refund for this. I don't remember the exact date that I sent them. Katrina Waltz of the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General wrote to them on December 31, requesting an immediate refund for me&and the company never responded to this request.
