Order no 7848 for paperchase dvd box set. Ordered, payment taken from bank account email received to say it had been shipped and will be recived within 1-3 weeks. Not received. Can't get onto website now and have discovered a load of other complaints of same nature. Gutted and very angry! Can't afford to be scammed like this!!!
