Order #7819.. I ordered the complete DVD collection of Little House on The Prairie on April 20. I received an email that same evening confirming receipt of my order and $125.00 was deducted from my credit card on that day. On April 28 I received another email saying that my order had been shipped and that it should arrive within 1 to 3 weeks. That same email assured me that Australia Post would deliver it and that although this service did not offer a tracking # it would be fully insured. When my DVDs didn't arrive I sent an email to Teague by return email to ask for an update on my order and after receiving no response decided to google Teague only to find SCAMBOOK attached to their name. Very disappointing to say the least and frustrated to realise that I've been jibbed and unlikely to ever receive the goods I've paid for.
