I saw an advert of free samples of 2 skin care products from Lift & Glo for which a shipping cost of £1.99 was required and I ordered one on 02/05 and was given a delivery date of 06/05. I did not receive any product on the 6th and was not charged shipping costs when I checked my bank statement, so I assumed the order didn't go through only to receive the product on 22/05. I checked my bank statement immediately and discovered that I had been charged £1.99 on 8th, £1.95 on 9th and £84.71 on 21/05 which I cannot afford.
