Ordered from this company on 2/27/2013. This was a birthday gift. Credit card was promptly charged. I waited 30 days and heard nothing, not even a shipping confirmation. I called and emailed them until 4/24/2013. Never getting to speak to anyone. Then on 4/24/2013 a person answered saying "oh you didn't get anything"."Looks like it was returned from the shipper damaged". They never re-sent out my order. I was then given a gift card to re-order. The rep said I would get the products quickier. I ordered like he said but had to pay $14.18 in shipping. So now I'm not the original cost of the candle I ordered plus TWO shipping charges. I was supposed to receive my order on 5/10/2013. I have called and left messages everyday since and still NOTHING! Do not order from this company. Their customer service is a joke.
