I was balancing my check book and found this charge. I called them to find out what it was and they said I signed up on 5/12. I did not and told them to cancel. She was not friendly and would not give me a refund. I am calling the bank and then calling back to speak to someone else. After less than 1 week, there should be a refund, especially for something I didn't ask for.
