If you try to hunt these people down on the net, your waisting your time. So far the only thing I have found is a pdf at http://www.bigdot1.com/../advplusovr. Pdf
This may be just a fluke and this be some other company so don't hold me to it. However, if this is correct you can tell this is some kind of a sales scheme and someone is working overtime. Any legit company will have operators to answer your call not this one, it's a recording, and it's in Canada not Oklahoma. They have no website or email another tip off this is a scheme.
One other word of advice. Companies cannot offer you gifts in exchange for, or make you pay up front fees for UNSECURED cards. Common sense should tell you they should be able to charge this to your card. This does not apply to secured credit which you do have to build up a deposit for. If you dont believe me check with your local state attorney. This company doesn't even offer credit they help "arrange" credit with other companies. If you do get scammed by these people, stop or return payment, and close your checking account. You need to close your old account and open a new one just in case they try to collect under a different name, and it needs to be done quickly you have a very small amount of time to get this done.
I dont know if this is any help. Please beware, if you are trying to build or rebuild credit, the only safe way would be with a secured card or co-signed personal loan and preferably through a local bank. Dont get discouraged, but dont try to hard other. Numerous credit inquiries can be just as harmful as collections or slow payment.
