Charter communications no longer carry wifi problem? They
forgot to tell their customers. I had two technicians come to
my house as my laptop kept turning off.instead of just a modem
they also brought a browser. Being a 74 yr old woman i accepted
their reason that it would make the internet work better.
One month later i had no power to my laptop and when i called
charter, they basically told me it was not their problem since
the router belonged to me. Excuse me, i don't remember buying
a router with a password that was not being accepted.
Charter told me to go buy a new one, hello, aren't you my cable
carrier being paid by me from my piddling social security.
It is clearly a case of bait & switch. I have been a customer
for many years and deserve better treatment.
