I fully followed Howcool's return policy and after months of repeated emails requesting a refund and four responses indicating that a credit would be recieved within 72 hours I still have not recieved my credit. A copy of their response follows:

We sincerely apologize for the delay. You should see a refund posted to your account within the next 72 business hours.
