I purchased from a advertisement on the web this White Tea w/Acai for only the shipping and handling price and was ask if I wanted the total cleanse I said No1 I got the tea and the total cleanse I think with a 15 day to return maybe 30 days. I have tried several times all of the 800 numbers I have for the companies and none of them even ring. When I call after a few minutes of silents a recording says if I would like to make a call hang up and try again. When I call late in the day it will ring and a recording will say the hours of time they are open but there is no way to leave a message.
I have18669384832 and 18663200038 and 18885828080 and I get the same from all even the fax#18669384832 does the same as the other numbers. Im trying to find out the procedure in returning the product in case I need a confirmation number. Iwill be mailing the products back on 10/29/08 registeres mail but in the meantime they have charged my bank account almost 170.00. Please help if you can, Thanks so much
