Did not authorized Equinox to deduct over 200.00 dollars from my account. I thought I just bought a sample for 12.00 dollars.
Purchased the product on line. Received the products within 10 days, do not wish to purchase any additional product. I have not received any more products. But Equinox has taken money out of my account that I did not authorizwed.

Sent an e-mail to company. No response.
