But due to the recent change, customs entry of cosmetic products is prohibited by latest regulations in Turkey. Only drugs supported by a doctor's prescription are allowed..in this case, I have no choice but to ask for a refund.
I do not understand why it is a big problem for you to pay back my money excluding shipping costs since you sent all your products without any damage? It is not fair.
