I ordered some ORGANIC and some non-organic products on Sep, 19,11, which I suppose to receive the package in 4 days, as it was posted on their check out page. After one week I called the number on their web site and left a voice massage but never heard from them. On Sep, 27,11 I got ups tracking number, then I got the package on the Sep, 30,11.
The way this company packed the products was very unprofessional, everything was packed in the plastic sandwich bags, it looked like dumpster, that somebody just thrown the products in the box with no grace.
I ordered skincare-raw material from few other companies in Organ, and have had never seen such way of packaging. However, I needed the certifications of the organic labeled items. I contacted customer service via email and request the organic certifications, which again Ive never had a problem to get an organic certification from other venders that I work with. Barbara Polzel the owner of the company responded to my request as: [We don't have access to the certification paperwork, and we cannot legally give it out anyways, since we do not hold the certification paperwork.:) ].
I had to explain my situation in detail, that we have to register our products at Organic Consumers Association and safe cosmetics, therefore we need the documents, her respond was only about their return police, which was totally irrelevant in my case, and she did care for her companys honesty and integrity. Basically, this company sells conventional products and ingredients, charging people for Organic, wild -Crafted, Fair-Trade and edible Raw & Organic without being able to provide any kind of certifications to back up their claims, which is Organic labeling fraud, scams and a total rip off.
After few e-mail exchanges, I asked the owner (Barbara Polzel) to send me a UPS Call Tag, and to take their inauthentic products back, she said; [that they have a return policy, with the 15% restocking fee, and she wont send me a call tag]. I have told her, if she could provide me the organic certifications, then, I wouldnt need to return anything back. The reason that I had to return the ingredients, because she was not able to provide the ORGANIC Authenticity Certification, it's their company responsibility to take back their mislabeled products. But she couldnt understand that.
After few back and fort e-mails exchanges, she became very rude and unprofessional, and asked me to send back the ingredients at my expense, I felt that she didnt want to salve the problem and ignores why I am requesting a Call Tag, it was so hard to communicate with her, therefore, I called my credit card company and dispute the cost of the organic Items that I could not use for my organic products formulation.
As soon as she got the dispute notice, she then threaten me, as such; [Our attorney has recommended putting this account up for collection - we will be doing so if we do not receive notice within 2 business days that our product is being shipped back to us at your expense. We need either a UPS or a USPS shipping notice within the next two business days or our collection agency will buy this debit from us for the entire amount (since the chargeback for the entire amount has been taken from our account) and you can deal with the collection agency from now on. This is perfectly legal - a chargeback should have never been issued in the first place since you are obviously intending to keep the products.]
I find this company very dishonest, untrustworthy and misrepresenting their products and ripping off people. Barb is a very sneaky person. I regret that organic Jojoba oil got me to their Website.
