I got charged in the middle of the night at 4:27 am when I woke up saw a text I get when my card is charged and was a charge for $59.37 made on May 16/17th depending on who you ask my credit card company who gave me the site and phone number says they posted on May 17th but I still have text message. I called the 800 number and was told they didn't even have me in their records so they couldnt have charge me however Western Union Card Services says the phone and site are theirs. I also demanded to speak with a manager and waited an hour on hold they kept checking to see if I was still waiting on line like they were waiting for me to give up. Finally, a supposed manager confirmed they couldnt help me because they had no record. So I filed a dispute with Western Union Card Srvs. For Mega Bank to hopefully get my funds back and to top it off when I called to report to my bank what I found out they were suppose to block my card and did not so another of their sites charged me again this time for $29.92. They called them Home Star Search hince HSS using another site address to place the charges. Additionally, the person that I spoke with at 800 number said they didn't have any package that amounted to 59.37 that I must have ordered off the TV which I then told him I am packed to move not possible and even when I have TV I never subscribe to cable internet and netflix only. So it would be impossible for me to have ordered from a TV advertisement. Then he said then maybe from another one of there sites but could offer me no assistance since they have no record of my name in their books or system. I am going to report them and emusic to the Consumer Protection Agency and the Better Business Bureau I have in speed dial right next to The Insurance Commioners office.
