Ultimate Cleanse Fraudulently charged my credit union account $88.90

My checking account was charged fraudulently on 2-11 for $88.90. Two months ago I ordered a "Smart Colon Cleanse" product for shipping only which was charged to my account on 12-28. I reported to my credit union which cancelled my debit card and eventually told me that they could not take care of me because I did not cancel the order within the 14 days. I did not receive nor read anything that said I had to cancel within 14 days. So can I still insist the credit union reverse the charge? I originally reported it to them within 60 days. My research suggests that many people have been scammed or fraudulently charged by the same company. Other phone numbers they used were 1-877-331-2511 and 1-866-249-5929. The number I listed in this report is out of Vegas but when I first called it I received a message that it was not a valid number or had been disconnected. Today I called it and Lynde told me that my account had never been charged more than $2.99. I told her that someone on their staff then must have used my debit card number to charge me and that she needed to report it to her superiors or supervisor because my debit card had never been out of my possession and the Ultimate Cleanse was charged on my account. She said her company and Ultimate Cleanse are not related. I cancelled my account with Kinetic.

I also ordered AcaiBerry Tropic and was charged the shipping. The two other numbers were for AcaiBerry Tropic 877-331-2511 ("Your call cannot be completed as dialed" present message) and Ultimate Cleanse 866-249-5929 (all circuits busy at present but I have called before and been told I could set up my Granite voice mail or leave a message but the message box was full). These are both out of Deleware. I guess I'll have to file another report. If I can't get through to them by telephone or e-mail, then I can't cancel it can I? Visa supposedly shut down accounts of 100 companies processing charges for Acai Berry Scams but companies kept using different names. So it might have been AcaiBerry Tropic that charged me the $88.90. Just now called the barely readable number on the bottle 1-888-947-8745and was told they cancelled my account after the 14 days due to my card being declined but that I didn't cancel within the 14 days so they charged me the $88.90. I couldnt get through to them when I first reported this to my credit union. I never received anything from anyone to cancel anything in 14 days. I am so confused now and need to go buy new glasses as all this is giving me a big headache.

Three of the phone numbers listed in this text are not listed in the Better Business Bureau.
