My brother and I purchased (paid in full) a bronze headstone with vase for my parents who passed away in 2012. It has now been over 7 mo's. For 6 months, we continuously called and/or visited in person to ask when it was coming in. Each time we were given excuses. Each time a different excuse including "it has been shipped and should be here in 2 weeks". Finally 3 weeks ago, i called the owner and ask for a refund. He said he would and still have not received anything. I have called twice about this and again nothing but excuses. I have been scammed. I cannot afford to purchase a headstone from anyone else until i get this money. Pls Pls Pls help me.
