I have been waiting for my income tax check to be direct deposited. I called the I R S on 5/8 and was advised that my refund was direct deposited on on 2//06. I checked my account and yes it was directed deposited as I was informed. I called rush right away and they told me that I had to call the merchant first. I did as I was told. Verizon informed me that they could not give me information because the cell account is not mine. They informed me that I needed to inform my bank of this charge. I did call rush and put my dispute in. Now I'm being informed that my dispute has been denied. A supervisor name charlie called Verizon wireless with myself on the line. He also verified its not my account. Between rush and their affiliated bank they are not following procedure. And per Verizon wireless no one from either bank has put a dispute in. Who ever has the job to verify information did not do what they were suppose to do. I guess they thought I would just go away. This is not my charge and I want my money. I am not the only one they have done this to. Over 500.00 they will not acknowledge the dispute.
