I bought one of Ducane's loaded stainless steel models years ago and have been getting the parts updated for years. Their customer services has always been friendly and helpful. I called today to get new parts and this lady who talks like she has smoked about 2 million packs of cigarets talked to me and was raising her voice at me and telling me that the parts I had got in previous years under warrant was unnecessary and that I should have had to pay for these and I was not taking care of my grill correctly! Should I mention here that I haven't got a word in yet. She was mean to me and should be fired on the SPOT! The really bad news is that my best friend is a district rep that handles Lowes Ducane grills and he basically makes the decisition to what grills go to his 35 stores. I cant wait to tell him about this and I am going to press him hard to drop all Ducane products from his stores... By that time this would have cost Ducane Millions! To bad they employ customer service rep's such as her! I hope they recorded the phone call and can review how harsh she was...
