This online Vendor charged my credit card $14.99 each month starting with October 21. When asked what the chargers were for they wouldn't say. They finally said it was for an online game of Star Trek. They will not provide any proof that I signed up for this. I never signed up for it. All these months I thought the charges were for an authorized reoccurring payment. Cryptic studios refunded 3 months of services but refuse to reimburse the other. Pretty much what there saying is I had noticed the charges earlier they could have stopped them. But since I didn't notice that I was having money stolen from me each month, then thats my problem.
