Apt 3 Studios seemed to really understand what we needed as far as our website. Apt 3 Studios over charged our credit card a few times, never completed the work to our satisfaction and has held my domain ransom (that I paid for prior to hiring them) for a year over a $200 discrepency. Since then Apt 3 Studios has charged me an additional $200 as interest on the $250 balance.
The original debt was $1395 of which we paid $1200 over a year ago. This company is completely unprofessional and will try to overcharge you the first chance they get. When asked for a simple shopping cart and even provided them an example, Apt 3 Studios provided us with a shopping cart we had to spend hrs to research how to use it. This is NOT what we wanted whatsoever, we hired them to make our lives easier and to help us grow our business yet they did nothing but take our money and not provide us anything.
Nick Bagnoli is/was believed to have a serious drug problem and that would make a lot of sense as to how he handles his business.
