I hired Benjamin Donely of www.bdproductions.org and www.customgraphicsandweb.com to design and build a website. After we agreed on a completion date, I returned the signed contract along with a check for 50% of total cost agreed to build website.
Benjamin Donely refused to communicate via phone. His communication via email was anything but timely and professional. His response to my question when I asked how my website was coming along (After several months past deadline), were "The more questions you ask, the longer I'm going to take." or "It's not finished yet"!!!
Benjamin Donely is guilty of Breech of contract, Breech of fiduciary agreement, misrepresentation and internet fraud. Furthermore, Benjamin Donely is threatening to extort an additional $400 per client if they file a complaint against him.
Benjamin Donely claims he's not committing a felony since the amount he cashes is under $2,000 per client. Ben's arrogance to thinking he can spend customers deposits without delivering a product or service, furthermore, getting away with it, is wrong!
Do not do business with this individual!!!
