I purchased a 2001 Cheverlot Tahoe from Rachel Foster for $1,900.00 on March 11. After me seeing the vehicle advertised online I sent her a email to see if it was still available. She responded back the next day with a long story about her son being killed in a car accident, and the vehicle belonging to him and it brings her bad memories. Once we received the email we decided to go ahead and purchase it from her. She said eBay would contact us and they did we followed all of the instructions they gave us to send the money. Four days after sending theirw money we were contacted again saying we needed to send $1,200.00 more for the insurance to ship. At that point we started asking more questions and asked for a refund which we never got. We finally got a hold of eBay and they said they didn't have it on record.
