Family emergency came up on May 13, we called Nantucket early on May 14 to ask if we could cancel the contract even though it was two days after the cancelation deadline and were told there was no way to cancel it. The $10,000 was put on their credit card and as of last night the amount hasn't even got to the credit card company so that isn't their problem. We are living on a limited budget and this is going to really ruin our finances. They don't have a heart.
