I purchased a timeshare in october
from branson nantucket sales department. I have yet to be able to use it because it is full every time when i can travel. I have called several times to get this issue resolved. When i ask to speak to someone, i am told they will return my call but they never do. The timeshare is of no value if a person can never get a unit for the family. They also offered to sale my timeshare in florida but didn't follow through with the agreement.
