I was ordering a set of juggling clubs for my grandson. I had given my credit card number and all of my information to have them shipped to my grandson on Friday May 11. I had not heard anything back from the company, so I called them on Monday and I was talked to by a gentlemen and and he informed me that they only had one color out of three. So, I asked him to cancel my order. I then called this evening and the woman was extremely rude and talked down to me. I was not even being rude. She yelled at me and insisted that I was wrong. And all I asked for was an E-Mail to confirm the fact that I cancelled my order. Then my grandson went on to the website and the woman there called him a liar and has gone completely off the wall.
