We ordering a hand painted controller in March for our son's birthday. Originally it was to be delievered in 4 weeks, then 7 now... We have asked:
- how to long into our account, numerous times, as we have no access - no answer
- had to ask at least 5 times for an invoice
- was told I would receive a tracking number - never received, asked again
- apparently it was shipped on May 4 - not sure how as I can't get a tracking number
- they claim to be the fastest growing company due to their quality! Ha well it certainly is not customer servic3
