We bought a complete dining set from them in June. The website said 2 weeks delivery. After 2 weeks nothing after multiple emails and phone calls we finally received the set on August 31, almost 8 weeks later. However the table top was severely damaged and this clearly didn't happen during shipping since the packaging was in nice shape. Called the super center and they said to sent pictures of the damage and that they will look into it. So we emailed the pictures. Heard nothing back. I called 'Rebecca' she said she's looking into it and that she was in contact with the 'Ashley furniture' rep to resolve this since (she said) the damage happened there. The next 2 months I sent several follow up emails to ask the status. The same response 'looking into it' The last emails aren't responded to anymore and now I see their website is 'under construction'. It's been 11 months now since they charged our credit card for the dining set, but we have yet to see a solution.
